Argosy Business Solutions is owned and managed by Gaynor Fries.  The business concept started with virtual assistant services as ‘Your Triangle VA’ back in 2010.  With the expansion of her client base and excellent reputation, Gaynor transformed her business from a one-person company into Argosy Business Solutions where she now has a team that allows her to serve a greater number of clients with faster turnaround times—all while maintaining her standards of excellence.


In 2014, Gaynor established Lex Transcription Services in response to a growing need for high-quality, affordable transcription services. This new offering has allowed her to expand her support areas, always utilizing US-based workers and maintaining those same standards that have become the hallmark of her service. 



We believe strongly that effective administration comes from ongoing business relationships, understanding your unique business goals and supporting you in achieving them.


Many virtual assistants can help you fulfill tasks - you delegate a spreadsheet, you get a spreadsheet back - but that's often as far as it goes. You enter this 'vending machine' relationship of delegating tasks that you then have to proof, which probably had you thinking: "I should have just done this myself", leaving you frustrated from the lack of care and attention to detail that you received.
