Gaynor Fries is a Brit living in the Raleigh area of NC. After a working life supporting C-Level executives in England, Japan and Bermuda, she decided to switch her focus to small business and entrepreneurs - helping them move forward, grow and prosper.
Gaynor has an extensive background in business administration and is driven to help others succeed. As well as numerous administrative qualifications, Gaynor holds a BA in Business Administration, a Diploma in Paralegal Studies, and is a Notary Public in the State of North Carolina.
Gaynor is married to David and they have 2 children and 2 rescue dogs – all with their own sets of issues! When not plugged into a computer, Gaynor enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to visit new places. She drinks way too much coffee, eats way too much cheese and will always be an 80s girl at heart.

Darlene Friend joined the Argosy team in 2013, bringing with her over 20 years of administrative experience and a “can do” attitude! Darlene’s responsiveness is second-to-none, ensuring client work is delivered on time, and she always has a cheery outlook – even on a Monday!
Darlene lives in PA with her husband, Mike, and their two children Carter and Olivia, and little yorkie, Riley. Outside of loving what she does, she treasures family time, can be caught capturing the moment, and is active in fitness.
Jasmine Hatcher joined the Argosy team in 2017. She has over 11 years' professional experience in technical assistance, administrative support, and account management. She uses her background in IT to help our clients excel!
Jasmine lives in North Carolina and uses her spare time to volunteer, spend time with friends, hike, attempt to play tennis, and work on various design and art projects.
